Good to know

Is Smart Scrap free?

Yes. Selling scrap is free for households, and bidding is free for dealers during launch. There's no commission on your deal.

How do I get paid?

The dealer pays you at pickup by UPI or cash, at the rate you accepted multiplied by the weight on their digital scale. You see the scale photos before you confirm.

Which areas do you cover?

We're starting in Greater Noida West, then nearby Greater Noida, Noida and Ghaziabad sectors as more dealers join.

What can I sell?

Paper, cardboard, plastic, iron, steel, aluminium, copper, brass, wires, e-waste, batteries and old appliances like ACs, fridges, washing machines and coolers, working or not.

What if the dealer offers less at my door?

Dealers bid a rate per kg, not a lump sum, so the price can't change at the door. If the scrap is very different from your photos, the dealer can re-quote in the app and you can cancel for free.
